What the evening covers

Why 3 a.m. keeps waking you

Dr. Schilling walks through what chronic stress does to the systems that govern sleep — and why the tiredness and the wiredness so often arrive together.

“But my labs came back normal”

A phrase almost everyone in the room will have heard. Dr. Schilling discusses what standard panels are built to find, and what they are not looking for.

What a brain map actually measures

You will see the technology rather than just hear about it. Dr. Schilling puts a brain map on screen and explains what the patterns show — and, just as importantly, what they do not.

Your presenter

Dr. Daniel Schilling, DC practises at Secoya Health in Woodbury, where the clinic's work centres on the nervous system and on what the body's stress response does over time. He uses qEEG brain mapping in the clinic and will walk the room through how it works.

This is an educational talk, not a medical consultation, and no individual advice is given from the podium. Individual results vary.
