About This Workshop
This workshop is the second in a four-part series at Secoya Health focused on helping participants achieve and maintain their optimal body composition. In this session, the presenter focuses on the liver as the body's "master filter," walking through how the speaker believes liver and gallbladder function relate to common symptoms, the three phases of detoxification, the emotional side of detox (drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine and other frameworks), and practical daily habits. The presenter also fields participant questions on gallstones, coffee colonics, weight-loss drugs, and hormones during menopause. All health claims are the presenter's own perspective and the material points participants toward take-home handouts and a self-assessment quiz.

What You'll Take Away
- The presenter frames the liver as the body's central 'master filter' and connects many everyday symptoms — fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, waking at 2–4 a.m., stubborn weight, skin issues, and PMS — to what he describes as liver and gallbladder congestion. These are the speaker's interpretations, not established medical fact.
- According to the presenter, detoxification has three phases: breaking substances down (Phase 1), packaging them (Phase 2), and clearing them out (Phase 3). He argues most programs over-focus on Phase 1 while the 'cleanup crew' and 'garbage truck' phases show where limitations appear.
- The presenter emphasizes 'two backpacks' — the biochemical (foods, hormones, toxins) and the emotional (swallowed anger, resentment) — stating that in his experience the biggest breakthroughs come from addressing the emotional side through gratitude and forgiveness.
- The presenter recommends practical daily habits: morning lemon water, adding a cruciferous vegetable to each meal, avoiding food for three hours before bed, going to bed earlier, and using 4-7-8 breathing with gratitude and forgiveness at night.
- On weight-loss injections (he names Wegovy and Ozempic), the presenter shares personal opinions and concerns and suggests supporting the body's own bile acids instead. This is not medical advice; participants should consult a qualified provider before making medication decisions.
- The presenter cautions strongly against forceful liver/gallbladder flushes for anyone with a history of gallstones, and frames coffee colonics as his preferred gentler support — but these are personal opinions, and participants should seek professional guidance before attempting them.
- The presenter stresses individual uniqueness over cookie-cutter approaches, encouraging participants to start with the take-home detox quiz and handouts, support their biggest opportunity area, and treat self-care as non-negotiable.
- Several statistics and claims in the workshop (e.g., glutathione increases, toxin counts, sleep-and-cognition comparisons, fatty liver prevalence) are attributed to the presenter and are not independently verified here.
